Client Relationship Executive (CRE) – MarkPlus Institute Pontianak

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales process, from sales leading through closing.
  • Making aggressive calls follow-up.
  • Prospecting for new business.
  • Maintaining existing relationship.
  • Database administration.
  • Handling customers’ complaints.

Requirements:

  • Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Attractive personality and appearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputable university with min. GPA of 2.75.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in sales.
  • Aggressive, persistent, persuasive, and proactive in prospecting new clients.
  • Mature, target-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and writing, good command in English.
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform and be responsible for transactions on daily order processing by WMS and, such as Outbound Order, Inbound Order, DO error report, Issuing DO, IDR transaction and other transactions related to WMS.
  • To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date entry.
  • To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
  • To liaise with Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
  • To perform any administrative duties as instructed by the Superior.
  • To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and knowledge involving central distribution function.
  • To perform other job related functions as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Senior High School and above, preferably Diploma Degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate, familiar with SAP application will be an advantage
  • Able to read, write and understand English
  • Willing to be stationed in Pontianak
